The turkish coffee in the museum was very good. It’s similar to the Greek coffee I had in New York. But I got to see the whole process. Roasting the coffee beans, then grinding them very fine, then put the expresso cup with half of the coffee powder and fill it water. Then put it into a pile of sand where you can see few burning coals in it to heat it up. To complete the whole coffee set, they added a tiny glass of water and a dice size of a Turkish soft candy.
